Ahh…sweet sleep

sleep Ahh...sweet sleepSleep that knits up the ravelled sleave of care
The death of each day’s life, sore labour’s bath
Balm of hurt minds, great nature’s second course,
Chief nourisher in life’s feast.
~William Shakespeare, Macbeth

I have a specific routine that I follow when I climb into my bed. I have to be tucked up just right, with my pillow at a certain angle. And when all that is done, I let out a deeply grateful sigh – snuggled up and ready to let my mind and body relax and recouperate.

Make sure you get enough good quality sleep because, as Shakespeare says, it is the chief nourisher in life’s feast.
